      a. Location --> Indicate if specimen came from top, bottom, middle, near
                      vegetation, etc in specimen container.
      b. Type --> Indicate of protist is an Algae (A) or Protozoa (P).
                      Algae = green, nonmotile, often very long or in large colonies.
                      Protozoa = clear, motile (often have flagella or cilia), often oval.
      c. Description --> Describe protists appearance (color, shape, size, external structures
                      such as cilia & flagella, etc; and its behavior (mobile (fast, slow), nonmobile,
                      lives in clumps, lives singly, etc)).
      d. Drawing --> an accurate drawing of any internal & external features visible.
